We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Flooring Installation Scheduler to coordinate and manage the scheduling of flooring installation projects.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the role, be an excellent communicator, detail oriented and customer focused.
The Person Who Will Succeed in This Role:
- You like creating order out of a complicated schedule. You think ahead, notice problems before they become emergencies, communicate clearly, and aren't afraid to pick up the phone and find a solution when something changes.
- You understand that installers, customers, salespeople, warehouse staff, and project managers may all have different priorities—and you are capable of bringing those priorities together into a schedule that works.
- You excel at maintaining accurate records of all scheduling activities, modifications, and communications.
Requirements
- Preferably a proven background or experience in construction scheduling or project management.
- Highly organized with strong communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced workplace
- Must enjoy working in a fast paced team environment.
- A demonstrated work history with consistent employment and good references.
