Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Journeyman and Apprentice Welders to join our dynamic team. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of manufacturing and construction projects, ensuring safety, precision, and efficiency at every step.

Requirements:

- Experience with stainless steel and mild steel
- Previous experience with press brake, layout, drawings
- Eager to learn and take on current challenges
- Mindset geared towards safety
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Able to adhere to policies and procedures
- Positive attitude and able to work in teams
- Basic computer literacy
- Able to work after hours and weekends when required
- Up to date safety tickets in these courses: fall protection, mobile lift, confined space
- Additional safety training would be preferable in addition to the basic courses listed above: first aid, H2S, Fork Lift and all others.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean abstract (Please bring a three year abstract to your interview.)

Responsibilities:

- Fabricate metal parts, such as steel conveyors,



food processing equipment and custom metal work, according to blueprints or instructions from customers
- Responsible for various types of weld preparation, welding and weld finishing operations
- Ensuring customer specifications are met and all product is free of errors or defects
- Positioning, aligning, fitting and welding parts for the formation of partial builds or complete builds using jigs, hand tools and welding torches.
- Able to operate fabrication equipment, brake, shear, iron worker etc.

Pay: $24.00-$43.00 per hour
