We are seeking experienced sales representatives to support our property in North York. This role reports to the Leasing Manager and collaborates with the Property Management team.

Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: the agent is required to generate leads as well as intake leads from the leasing team
- Viewings: Conduct viewings for different unit types
- Schedule: You set your own schedule
- Bookings: Viewings scheduled by you based on your availability
- Support: Team available for 24/7 guidance

Qualifications:

- 1+ year of leasing experience
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Accountable to your own schedule, motivated and reliable
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and vehicle
- Availability on evenings and weekends and variable hours, this role is commission based only

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: $1,000.00-$2,000.00 per month
