Dirsal Homes is a growing residential renovation company based in Vaughan, specializing in full-home renovations, basements, kitchens, bathrooms and larger interior renovation projects.

As we continue to grow, we're building the team and infrastructure for the next level of Dirsal Homes. We're looking for an experienced renovation professional who wants to be part of that growth and takes the same pride in their work that we do.

The Role

This is not an entry-level labourer or handyman position.

We're looking for a well-rounded renovation professional who is comfortable working through multiple stages of residential renovation projects.

The ideal candidate can be given a task, understand what needs to happen, problem-solve when necessary and complete the work properly without requiring constant supervision.

Depending on your experience, responsibilities may include:

- Framing and general carpentry
- Drywall installation and repairs
- Trim, doors, baseboard and finish carpentry
- Flooring installation
- General demolition and preparation
- Minor repairs and finishing work
- Assisting with kitchens, bathrooms, basements and full-home renovations
- Coordinating and working alongside other Dirsal team members and subtrades
- Maintaining a clean, organized and professional job site
- Communicating professionally with homeowners when required
- Identifying problems before they become bigger problems

We're not expecting one person to be a licensed electrician, plumber, carpenter and tile setter.



We're looking for someone with strong overall renovation knowledge who understands how a project comes together.

Compensation & Opportunity

$30-$40/hour, based on experience, skill level and ability.

This is a full-time position with an established and growing renovation company.
