In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth and efficient food service operations. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring transparent communication of customer requests
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist with basic math calculations for billing, tips, and change to ensure precise transactions

Experience

- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilitie
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
