We specialize in sunrooms, solariums, and additions that transform homes and enhance lifestyles. If you are a skilled closer with a consultative sales approach and a background in home improvement or construction sales, this role is for you!
What You Will Do:
Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners.
Present our sunroom, solarium and addition solutions to potential clients.
Build relationships and guide customers through the decision-making process.
Close deals and achieve high sales targets.
Attend home shows, open houses, and industry events to generate leads.
What You Need:
Proven sales experience (construction, home improvement, or luxury product sales preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
Experience with CAD Software
Multilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging with a diverse clientele.
A background in negotiating contracts or agreements is beneficial.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
