A busy, progressive wellness clinic located on beautiful Vancouver Island is seeking an additional physiotherapist to join their physiotherapy team at their upscale North Nanaimo, BC location.

Woodgrove Pines Wellness Clinic is growing, and we are looking for a dependable and collaborative physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Nanaimo.

Woodgrove Pines is an established clinic where physiotherapists work alongside chiropractors, naturopathic doctors, massage therapists, acupuncturists, and other healthcare professionals. We focus on evidence-informed, patient-centered care within a professional, supportive, and welcoming environment.

The opportunity

You will assess and treat patients with a variety of musculoskeletal, mobility, sports-related, and post-surgical concerns.

Treatment may include manual therapy, individualized exercise rehabilitation, patient education, and collaboration with other members of the clinic team.

We are ideally looking for someone interested in developing a consistent and established schedule.



Both full-time and part-time arrangements may be considered, depending on availability and the needs of the clinic.

Compensation

The position is offered on a contractor basis, with an extremely competitive fee-splitting arrangement.

Separate compensation arrangements may apply to clinic-supported modalities delivered by trained clinic employees. The full compensation structure, available modalities, and associated clinic support will be discussed clearly during the interview process.

- Is registered, or eligible for registration, as a physiotherapist in British Columbia
- Provides compassionate, evidence-informed, patient-centred care
- Is dependable and able to maintain a consistent clinical schedule
- Communicates well and enjoys collaborating with other practitioners
- Is comfortable working independently while contributing to a positive team environment
- Has private-practice experience, although new graduates are also encouraged to apply
