We’re looking for motivated, reliable barbers who want to grow fast, earn high commissions, and be part of a clean, modern, high-volume barbershop.

Compensation

- Commission starts at 60%

Responsibilities

- Perform high-quality fades, tapers, scissor cuts, and beard services
- Maintain a clean workstation and follow proper sanitation standards
- Deliver great customer service and consistent results




- Handle client consultations and help clients choose styles
- Manage appointments and transitions smoothly
- (Optional) Create content for social media

Requirements

- 1+ year barbering experience (flexible, talent matters more)
- Strong fading and blending skills
- Positive communication and reliable work ethic
- Willing to learn, grow, and stay consistent
