Landscaping Crew Members (Hiring Multiple Positions)

We specialize in commercial landscaping and property maintenance, including lawn care, landscaping, litter removal, and seasonal clean-ups. Every property is managed with a tailored approach to ensure it is maintained to the highest standard, allowing our clients to focus on their business while we handle the upkeep.

We are hiring both Landscaping Crew Members who are dependable, hardworking, and thrive in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Role Overview

As a Landscaping Crew Member, you will be responsible for supporting daily landscaping and grounds maintenance operations through hands-on field work, equipment handling, and teamwork. You will help ensure all job sites are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform landscaping and property maintenance tasks, including:
- Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding
- Pruning, mulching, and garden bed maintenance
- Seasonal clean-ups
- Litter and debris removal on commercial properties
- Assist with installation of landscaping materials such as mulch and decorative rock
- Support completion of job sites to ensure clean, professional, client-ready results




- Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to complete daily tasks efficiently
- Follow directions to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met
- Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials as required

Mandatory Requirements

- Reliable transportation
- Access to a smartphone
- Ability to complete all required training (equipment, safety, and operational systems)

Physical Requirements

- Ability to perform sustained outdoor physical labour in varying weather conditions
- Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and equipment use
- Ability to work in environments with exposure to heat, cold, sun, noise, dust, pollen, and landscaping materials

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
