Duties

- Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, blowouts, and styling to meet each client’s unique preferences.
- Execute a wide range of colouring techniques such as highlights, balayage, colour corrections, and creative shades with precision and artistry.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace by adhering to strict sanitation protocols for tools and stations.
- Engage with clients through active communication to understand their desired look and offer expert recommendations.
- Upsell retail products like shampoos, conditioners, styling tools, and treatments to enhance client results and salon revenue.
- Manage front desk responsibilities by scheduling appointments, greeting clients warmly,



and handling transactions efficiently.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits through excellent customer service and personalized attention.

Requirements

- Proven experience in hair styling and colouring with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Exceptional communication skills to connect confidently with diverse clients and team members.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures within a salon setting.
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally while focusing on client needs.
- Strong organizational skills for managing appointments and maintaining a tidy work environment.
- Experience in retail sales or front desk operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- A passion for beauty trends, continuous learning, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour
