Thyme & Again is looking for an experienced Full time Retail Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with previous barista and supervisory experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced café and retail environment.

You’ll work alongside the team on the floor, support daily café operations, lead shifts, and help create an exceptional experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead shifts and act as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
- Support daily café operations, including preparing espresso-based beverages and assisting during busy service periods.
- Open and close the store following established procedures.
- Provide direction, coaching, and support to team members throughout the shift.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve routine customer concerns.
- Maintain high standards for beverage quality, food presentation, merchandising, cleanliness, and organization.
- Complete cash opening/closing procedures and balance tills.
- Monitor product quality, freshness, stock levels, and rotation.
- Support inventory replenishment and receiving deliveries.
- Ensure company procedures, food safety, and health and safety standards are followed.
- Communicate operational or employee concerns to the Retail Manager or Assistant Manager.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous barista experience required.
- Previous supervisor,



shift leader, or key holder experience required.
- 2+ years of café, hospitality, restaurant, or specialty food retail experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Confident leading a team and providing direction during busy shifts.
- Reliable, organized, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative.
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
- Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand for extended periods and work actively throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and perform repetitive movements.

This is a full-time, hands-on position combining café service, barista responsibilities, customer service, and shift leadership.

Other duties may be assigned as required to support retail operations.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
