Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable door products and options
- Prepare accurate and professional estimates and quotations for clients
- Review project details, measurements, drawings, specifications, and product requirements
- Follow up with clients regarding estimates and assist them through the decision-making process
- Coordinate projects from the initial estimate through ordering, production, delivery, and installation
- Communicate with suppliers, installers, and internal team members regarding project requirements and schedules
- Maintain accurate customer and project information
- Follow up on outstanding quotes and customer requests




- Assist with resolving customer concerns and providing timely solutions
- Ensure orders and project details are accurate and complete
- Provide ongoing customer service throughout the project
- Support the showroom and sales team as required
- Perform other administrative and project coordination duties as needed

Qualifications & Skills

- Previous experience in customer service, estimating, sales, or project coordination
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Comfortable working with measurements, product specifications, and pricing
- Professional, friendly, and confident when communicating with customers
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software and systems
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience in the door, window, home improvement, or building products industry is an asset, but not required

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
