Overview:
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Front Desk / Sales Associate who’s comfortable in a fitness environment and ready to be part of a motivated team. This role is key to keeping our gym running smoothly and providing a great experience for every member.

Responsibilities:

- Greet members and ensure their accounts are active and up to date
- Conduct tours for potential members and explain membership options
- Facilitate new sign-ups: set up customer accounts, agreements, and review gym policies
- Contact potential leads through phone calls and emails
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the gym
- Observe member activity to ensure gym rules and safety standards are followed
- Very light cleaning, and replenishing washroom dispensers (soap, paper towel, toilet paper).
- Counting inventory on our 2 supplement shelves (pre-workout, protein, etc).
- Reviewing our security system from the previous night to ensure member compliance while staff is not present.

Requirements:

- Comfortable working in a gym setting and familiar with fitness equipment




- Basic computer skills (spreadsheets, email) and willingness to learn our gym management software
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Friendly, professional communication skills for both in-person and phone interactions
- Dependable and proactive attitude

Schedule:
This would be a part time position for evenings during the week, and we are flexible for morning/ day or day/evening shifts on weekends.

We are open 24/7 for our members but our front desk staff is typically on site from 9am until 10pm. Shifts for this position would be ranging from 3-8 hours long and we are typically able to accommodate prior commitments you may have.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
