Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Teamwear & Digital Design Specialist to support our teamwear department. This role combines web development, product creation, and logo design to deliver high-quality customized apparel solutions for our clients. This is a onsite job. Can not be done remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain teamwear websites, including product pages and online stores
- Create and manage custom apparel products (e.g., jerseys, uniforms, branded merchandise)
- Design, edit, and manipulate logos and graphics to meet client specifications
- Prepare artwork files for production, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Communicate with clients to understand design needs and provide creative solutions
- Maintain organized digital assets and project files
Qualifications:
- Experience with website builders like Ordermygear
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Solid understanding of branding, typography, and layout design
- Ability to manipulate vector artwork and prepare print-ready files
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in apparel or teamwear customization
- Knowledge of printing methods (screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer)
- Strong communication and customer service skills

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
