Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm to set a positive tone for their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely entry and communication with kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling duties accurately, including cashiering and processing payments with basic math skills
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation, presentation, and timely delivery to guests




- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is required; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude!
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for cashiering tasks and transaction accuracy
- Experience in hospitality or guest services roles demonstrates excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
