Reporting to the IT Security Manager, the Security Awareness Analyst is responsible for developing, executing, and continuously improving the organization's cybersecurity awareness program. The primary objective of the role is to reduce human-related cybersecurity risks by strengthening employee knowledge, vigilance, and adoption of secure behaviors across the enterprise.

The successful candidate will administer the KnowBe4 platform, lead security awareness and phishing simulation campaigns, measure program effectiveness, and play a key role in fostering a strong and sustainable security culture.

This position works closely with IT, Cybersecurity, Human Resources, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure awareness initiatives align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and the evolving threat landscape.

What you will do

- Administer and optimize the KnowBe4 platform across the organization and its subsidiaries.
- Design, plan, and execute annual cybersecurity awareness programs.
- Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions.
- Develop and maintain training materials and awareness communications.
- Plan and execute phishing simulation campaigns and analyze results.
- Identify high-risk behaviors and implement targeted remediation initiatives.
- Produce dashboards, metrics, and executive reports to measure program effectiveness.
- Communicate cybersecurity risks and best practices to diverse audiences.




- Promote a proactive security culture across the organization.
- Collaborate with IT, Cybersecurity, HR, Legal, and Compliance teams to drive continuous improvement of the program.

This role could be for you if you have

- Experience with KnowBe4 or a similar security awareness platform.
- Robust understanding of cybersecurity concepts and human risk management.
- Experience delivering training and facilitating workshops.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience producing reports, metrics, and performance indicators.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Eligibility to obtain a Government of Canada Secret Security Clearance.

Assets

- Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Experience working in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Knowledge of ITIL practices.

- Experience in complex or highly regulated environments.
