We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join client's team in the packaging industry. Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue current business opportunities to expand the company's client base and market share.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders through effective customer relationship management.
- Lead negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams on project management initiatives related to business development activities.




- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and reports for executive leadership and clients.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in business development and sales in the Packaging Industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent project management capabilities to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,592.70-$500,000.00 per year
