We are seeking a skilled and professional Bartender/Server to join our upscale dining team. The ideal candidate has a solid background in fine dining service, exceptional hospitality skills, and the ability to create memorable guest experiences.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ fine dining or upscale service experience

Strong knowledge of craft cocktails, wine, and spirits

Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment

Availability on nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferably from Bowmanville or Newcastle
