Fast Food Restaurant Team Member — Job DescriptionPosition Summary

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Fast Food Restaurant Team Member to join our team. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, prepare food and beverages, maintain cleanliness, and work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Process cash, debit, and credit card payments.
- Prepare food and beverages according to restaurant standards and recipes.
- Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and served promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen, counters, and equipment.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
- Restock food, packaging, and other supplies as needed.
- Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
- Work cooperatively with other team members during busy periods.
- Follow opening, closing, and daily operating procedures.
- Dispose of waste and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications





- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and friendly approach with customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene is an asset.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform routine physical tasks.

Pay: minimum wage + tips

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
