Duties

- Manage incoming customer calls and inquiries with enthusiasm, providing transparent information about service options and appointment availability
- Schedule service appointments efficiently, balancing customer needs with dealership capacity
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, vehicle history, and service requests to ensure seamless follow-up
- Upsell additional services or maintenance based on mechanical knowledge and customer needs to maximize dealership revenue
- Collaborate closely with technicians and mechanics to understand repair requirements and communicate estimated timelines to customers
- Handle cash transactions accurately for paid services, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to cash handling procedures




- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and encourage future visits

Requirements

- Proven dealership experience or familiarity with automotive sales and service processes
- Mechanical experience or strong mechanical knowledge gained through work as a mechanic or related role
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude that motivates both team members and customers
- Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining transparency and trustworthiness
- Experience in automotive repair or understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and appointment management
- Capable of handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
