About Us

Beyond the Bank is a growing Ontario mortgage team in Tango Financial (ON) #13691. We specialize in self-employed, refinancing, alternative and private lending solutions.

We're looking for a Mortgage Fulfillment Specialist to help keep our files organized, compliant and moving efficiently from application to funding.

This is a remote, flexible position that is perfect for someone looking to build experience within the mortgage industry while working alongside an established and growing team.

- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding mortgage documentation
- Review documentation for completeness
- Update mortgage applications accurately
- Prepare signing packages
- Complete compliance documentation
- Maintain organized file records
- Communicate with clients professionally via email, text and occasional phone calls
- Meet file deadlines and maintain turnaround expectations

Preferred:

- Mortgage Agent Licence
- Experience in mortgage fulfillment, underwriting or administration
- Familiarity with BrokerEdge, FINMO or Filogix
- Experience using Google Workspace
