REIGN Pilates

We’re looking for an organized, creative, and motivated individual to join the REIGN team in a hybrid Admin + Digital Marketing role.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being both client-facing and creative — helping keep the studio running smoothly while also supporting the marketing, content, and overall growth of the REIGN brand.

Responsibilities

Studio Administration + Client Experience

- Welcome members and create a warm, professional experience from the moment they enter the studio
- Assist with client check-ins, bookings, account questions, purchases, and general inquiries
- Respond to emails, messages, and client communications in a timely and professional manner
- Support membership and class-pack inquiries and help guide clients toward the option that best suits their needs
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and studio organization
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
- Assist with opening and closing responsibilities as required
- Support instructors and management with daily studio needs
- Help with member retention and follow-up communication

Digital Marketing + Social Media

- Assist with managing REIGN’s social media presence
- Create engaging photo and video content within the studio
- Capture classes, instructors, events, collaborations, products, and behind-the-scenes content
- Create and schedule Instagram posts, Reels, Stories, and other social content
- Write captions and promotional copy that align with REIGN’s brand voice
- Respond to social media comments and messages
- Help plan and execute promotions, launches, campaigns, and special offers




- Assist with email marketing and client communications
- Promote studio services, memberships, events, workshops, and collaborations
- Help maintain a consistent and elevated brand presence across digital platforms
- Identify creative opportunities to increase engagement, awareness, and studio growth

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

- Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable communicating with clients
- Creative with a strong eye for content and branding
- Comfortable taking photos and filming short-form video content
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and other digital marketing platforms
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive and willing to take initiative rather than waiting to be directed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced small-business workplace
- Passionate about wellness, fitness, Pilates, and building community
- Able to represent the REIGN brand professionally both in person and online

Hours would be:

Mondays 8:45-1/3:45-8pm

Tuesday 8:45-1/3:45-8pm

Wednesday 8:45-1pm

Thursday 8:45-1/3:45-8pm

Friday 8:45-1pm (ability to swap evenings,weekends and mornings)

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
