We are actively looking for Recruiting Interns to join our growing company. We provide practical hands-on experience in various Human Resources functions and value to your growth opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity to get in-depth HR applied knowledge in a full-service HR agency.

Working Locations: Belleville, ON

You will be able to pursue personal learning goals in Human Resources capacity primarily in Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Health and Safety, in-house HRIS System and some Payroll knowledge.

- Full-time hours, with an opportunity to become a permanent employee
- Intern must be co-op student obtaining credit at University/College to participate in our internship program.
- Training will be provided
- The company provides Reference Letter and University/College co-op program paperwork

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with recruitment for Light Labour roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing)
- Conduct tests, background checks, and reference checks
- Preparation of required new hire paperwork
- Continually build a pipeline of talent to accommodate for current client demands




- Learn how to create and maintain postings for available positions
- Participates in other recruiting requirements as assigned

- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, negotiating and customer service skills
- Multitasking, self-motivated, proactive, energetic and able to handle high pressure
- Initiative, consistent, willing to grow with the company
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
