Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Valid PSW certification
2. COVID-19 Vaccination Reports
3. Valid TB Test Reports (Step 1&2)
4. Valid First Aid/BLS/ CPR Certificate
5. Valid Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC)
6. Valid Legal status in Canada
