The Mule Oakville is looking for a friendly, outgoing Host to join our front-of-house crew!

You’re the first face our guests see when they walk through the door and the last one they see on the way out - so yeah, you’re kind of a big deal.

We’re all about killer tacos, great drinks, loud laughs, and making sure everyone who walks through our doors has a damn positive time. If you’ve got a great attitude, love people, and can keep your cool when the restaurant is packed and everyone wants a table right now -we want to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Greeting every guest with a warm welcome and great energy
- Managing reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists
- Seating guests efficiently while keeping the flow of the restaurant running smoothly
- Answering phones and helping with guest questions
- Communicating with servers, bartenders, and managers to keep everyone on the same page
- Keeping the front entrance and host area clean, organized, and ready for action
- Helping guests with takeout orders when needed
- Jumping in to support the rest of the team during busy services
- Sending guests out the door happy and excited to come back

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need years of restaurant experience - personality, reliability, and a willingness to learn go a long way around here.





We’re looking for someone who:

- Is friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys talking to people
- Shows up on time and ready to work
- Can stay organized when things get busy
- Has strong communication skills
- Can multitask without losing their cool
- Works well as part of a team
- Is comfortable being on their feet throughout a shift
- Is available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Has restaurant or customer service experience -but we’re happy to train the right person!
