Dining Room Server Part-Time and casual

Create an exceptional dining experience for our residents.

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Dining Room Servers who take pride in delivering outstanding hospitality. In this role, you will provide attentive table service to residents and guests while helping create an enjoyable dining atmosphere that reflects the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient table service to residents and guests.
- Prepare the dining room for meal service, ensuring tables are properly set and presentation standards are maintained.
- Serve meals and beverages in accordance with established service standards.
- Respond promptly to resident requests and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room before, during,



and after meal service.
- Work closely with the culinary team to ensure accurate and timely meal delivery.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health and safety procedures.
- Contribute to a welcoming environment by building positive relationships with residents and their families.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in hospitality, fine dining, hotels, retirement living, or restaurant service is considered an asset.
- Experience providing formal table service, including white linen dining, is preferred.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, courteous, and respectful when interacting with residents, families, and guests.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
