Personal Support Worker (PSW) – Casual
Faith Place Supportive Housing – Oshawa, ON

Faith Place is looking for caring and dependable Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our team on a casual/on-call/coverage basis. We offer a supportive work environment with flexible shifts — Days, Evenings, Nights (Awake), Weekends, and on-call coverage — and room to grow within the organization.

What you’ll do:

- Provide personal care and daily living support to residents in a respectful and compassionate manner
- Assist with mobility, hygiene, dressing, and medication reminders/assist, laundry, housekeeping and light meal prep
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable workplace
- Report changes in residents’ condition to the supervisor
- Follow all infection control, health, and safety procedures
- Work collaboratively as part of a caring team

What you’ll need:

- Valid Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification




- Transparent Police Vulnerable Sector Check (required before start)
- Compassion, reliability, and a genuine interest in supporting seniors
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and overnights
