Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces, using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of surfaces, fixtures, windows, and floors to uphold health and safety standards
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols diligently during each shift
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to supervisors for prompt resolution
- Use commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively to maximize efficiency
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management
Experience
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment used in commercial environments is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during shifts
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties over extended periods
