Advantage North Services is currently looking for a Civil Construction Supervisor to join our team!

Responsibilities
- Site supervision of workers & equipment

- Keep jobsite organized and ensure construction is carried out as planned

- Lead daily safety meetings
- Diligently complete inspections & safety documentation
- Perform estimates and provide schedules to clients
- Coordinate subcontractors
- Planning ahead to prevent dispatch issues
- Will be required to work out of town and extended hours

Skills

- Team leader, able to work with clients to reach common goal

- Excellent computer skills

- Understanding of construction techniques

- Knowledge of equipment utilization and proper uses of equipment

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s license
- Current Standard First Aid, H2S Certificates and Ground Disturbance Level ll

- NCSO is an asset

- 15+ yrs industry experience

- Pass pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
