ClearSky Solar is seeking a qualified Red Seal Construction Electrician to join our growing team. This role focuses on electrical upgrades and solar electrical installations. Key Responsibilities

- Perform residential and commercial electrical upgrades.
- Complete solar electrical installations (inverter connections, panel tie-ins, system commissioning).
- Ensure all work meets Canadian Electrical Code and provincial standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
- Maintain clear documentation of work completed.
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members.

Requirements

- Red Seal Construction Electrician Certification (required).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (required).
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.




- Experience with solar installations is an asset (training may be provided).

Compensation & Benefits

- Hourly Wage: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour (based on experience).
- Mileage Reimbursement: $0.52/km.
- Benefits Package: Available after 3-month probation period.
- Full time, stable employment with growth potential.

Work Conditions

- Primary work location: On the road (various job sites across Nova Scotia).
- Travel required; mileage compensated.
- Combination of indoor and outdoor work environments.
