Gyrosa is coming to the Westshore!

We are a up-to-date take on traditional Greek street food. We place a large emphasis on customer service as well as focusing on taking care of our team members. We are a growing company with a fun culture looking to build team members up along with us. Come join our family and develop with us as people, and as a business!

Wage ranges from $19-$22 plus tips, and will be discussed upon meeting.

Our team members receive a free meal while on shift. We also offer discounts on meals when not on shift.

Prep Cook

Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
- Chop, slice, and dice ingredients as needed
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Prepare sauces, dressings, and marinades
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Store food properly to maintain freshness and prevent spoilage
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

Qualifications:




- Previous experience as a prep cook or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
