Northwest Acura is is looking for a detail focused, experienced accounting professional to join our team as an Accounts Payable / receivable person.

In this role, you will work the accounting team providing banking and accounting support by reconciling schedules, banks, deals and reviewing payments.

SOME OF YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE INCLUDE:

- Ongoing schedule reconciliation including: Warranties, Floor Plans, Inventories and Vehicle Receivables.
- Processing and scrutiny of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
- Ongoing reconciliation of bank accounts
- Assistance with payroll preparation and processing
- Cost control & Vendor / Customer Statement management

DO YOU HAVE:

- Experience completing bank, warranty, floor plan and inventory reconciliations?
- Experienced with government remittances, payables and receivables?




- Proficient with GL postings and account balancing?
- Three or more years of dealership accounting experience with a minimum of a college education, or the combination of experience and education?
- A strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure?
