Position:

Woodland Manufacturing is looking for an Account Manager to join our Sales team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, key responsibilities include:

- Building and maintaining relationships with current and new accounts.
- Responding to quote requests for custom manufacturing requests.
- Finding new areas of opportunity to grow sales.
- Providing product knowledge to our distributors and dealers
- Helping shape our sales tools as they grow. We're building our own digital order and quoting systems in-house — from smarter quoting to real-time order tracking — to make the whole sales process faster and easier for our customers. You'll work directly with our internal team, giving feedback and ideas that shape how these tools develop as the business evolves. This is a chance to help build something, not just use it.

The ideal candidate has:

- Strong communication skills




- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts.
- A customer-service and continuous-improvement mindset.
- Confidence working with ERP or order-management systems, and a willingness to learn new tools as they roll out.
- The ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- The drive to work independently and take ownership of the sales process.
- The ability to travel to the US and across Canada to visit customers
