We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Associate who loves connecting with people, sharing product knowledge, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be one of the first faces our customers see and an key part of their shopping experience. You’ll help customers find exactly what they’re looking for, offer knowledgeable recommendations, and make every interaction feel welcoming and worthwhile.

What You’ll Do

- Create a great first impression by warmly greeting customers, answering questions, and making every customer feel valued.
- Be a product expert by learning our products, services, and policies and using that knowledge to recommend solutions that genuinely meet customers’ needs.
- Build relationships and drive sales through thoughtful recommendations, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Deliver seamless transactions by accurately operating the point-of-sale system, processing purchases, and balancing cash drawers.




- Turn challenges into positive experiences by handling returns and refunds with professionalism, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
- Bring the sales floor to life by maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment that reflects our brand.
- Stay curious and informed by keeping up with new products, services, promotions, and company policies so you can always provide customers with accurate advice.
