We’re looking for a passionate and experienced FT Bar Manager to lead our bar team and help create an exceptional guest experience every time. If you love great wine, creative cocktails, hospitality, and working with a team that takes pride in what they do — we’d love to meet you!

You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily bar operations, supporting the team during service, maintaining beverage quality and presentation, managing inventory and ordering, controlling waste, and ensuring bar standards are consistently met.

Most importantly, you’ll be the person who sets the energy behind the bar — someone who can lead with confidence, have fun, and still make sure the details never get missed.

- Proven experience as a bartender, bar lead, or bartender manager




- Strong knowledge and genuine passion for wine, cocktails, spirits, and beverage service
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A positive, energetic attitude and a true team-player mentality
- Ability to train, motivate, coach, and inspire bartenders
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused during busy service
- A commitment to responsible alcohol service and workplace safety.
