This is a hands-on role that blends craftsmanship, superior customer service and retail savvy. Working with premium custom mouldings, you’ll help our clients choose the perfect picture framing solutions for their pieces while supporting the day-to-day experience in our shop.

What You'll Do

- Guide our clients in designing and choosing appropriate materials for their picture framing projects
- Measure, cut, assemble and finish custom picture framing orders with care and precision
- Prepare quotes and manage picture framing orders
- Welcome customers and assist with retail sales throughout the store
- Assist in maintaining attractive displays and restocking merchandise
- Keep the picture framing workspace tidy and organized as well as the general shop space
- Support seasonal merchandising and general shop operations
