We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager with a path to store ownership to lead and oversee all aspects of retail operations within our organization. BSP Bicycle Sports Pacific is looking for an experienced retail leader who wants more than a paycheck. Key responsibilities include managing daily store activities, supervising staff, implementing sales strategies, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with company policies. As a Store Manager/Owner, you will be responsible for cultivating a positive shopping experience while driving sales performance through effective marketing and merchandising initiatives.
