Duties

- Assist in food preparation by chopping, slicing, marinating, and assembling ingredients for various dishes
- Operate grills and cooking equipment safely and efficiently to prepare menu items according to recipes and standards
- Support the kitchen team with meal assembly, plating, and presentation to ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Help with inventory management by receiving deliveries,



storing ingredients properly, and rotating stock
- Serve customers at the counter or dining area when needed, providing friendly and effective service

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on food preparation and cooking
- Strong understanding of food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and knives safely
- Excellent communication skills for working effectively within a team and serving customers
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques across various cuisines is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for learning new culinary skills and advancing within the food industry
