Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and effective Food and Beverage Server/Cashier to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional guest service, accurately processing orders, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service and cashiering, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and food safety. Duties

- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining quality standards
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining tables and cashier stations
- Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety protocols
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and health regulations related to food handling and service
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery

Skills

- Proficiency with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for accurate order entry and payment processing
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards,



and sanitation procedures in the food industry
- Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred
- Ability to multitask efficiently with excellent time management skills
- Basic math skills for cashiering and handling cash transactions accurately
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus
- Effective communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally
- Hospitality mindset with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude
- Ability to upsell menu items to enhance guest experience while increasing sales potential
