Blue Lantern Learning is expanding into a multidisciplinary child development clinic, offering SLP, OT, psychology, behaviour therapy, and assessment services. We are currently seeking OTs. We support children and youth with sensory, motor, self-regulation, and functional skill needs — always with a focus on practical strategies families can use right away.

What You’ll Do

- Provide assessment and intervention for sensory processing, fine motor, self-regulation, and daily living skills
- Work in homes, daycares, schools, and community settings
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team members
- Create clear, accessible recommendations that empower caregivers and educators
- Document progress using parent-friendly, functional language

Who You Are

- Registered OT in good standing (or eligible)
- Confident working independently in community environments
- Strong in coaching, modelling, and practical strategy development
- Committed to inclusive, culturally responsive practice

Pay: $30.44-$79.69 per hour
