Sales Specialist

We are currently recruiting individuals looking to enter the world of auto sales with little or no previous experience.

If you are a performance-driven individual and have a strong passion and desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment, then this is the job for you. The key to success in a sales career is the ability to continuously adapt to customers' personalities, lifestyles, interests and desires.

Responsibilities:

- Meeting and greeting customers, discussing their wants and needs, demonstrating the unique features and technologies to make a dynamic sales experience and being the main point of contact for your customers
- Conduct sales of vehicles in accordance with dealership procedures and achieving assigned volume and gross profit targets
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our vehicle inventory and deliver strong product presentations and vehicle demonstrations
- Meticulous in detailing your customer follow-up notes, preparation of paperwork and files, and follow through with a world-class vehicle delivery experience
- Follow up on delivered vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction is met




- Utilizing your own Social Media to maximize all potential opportunities for sales
- Willing to call, text and email customers
- Other duties, projects, etc. as requested by management

Qualifications:

- Valid Ontario Class ‘G’ Driver’s license
- Valid OMVIC license (preferred)
- Finance knowledge (preferred)
- Self-driven and motivated to achieve results
- Passionate about customer service and customer satisfaction

Pay: $29,000.00-$132,957.92 per year
