Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Forklift Operator for our client in Belleville, ON. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced forklift operator with strong warehouse and shipping/receiving experience to join a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for safely moving materials throughout the facility, supporting shipping and receiving activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring products are stored and handled according to company standards.

- Pay Rate: $23.00/hour

- Location: Belleville, ON

- Shift: Rotating shifts (Days, Afternoons, and Midnights) | Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
Material Handling & Warehouse Operations

- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport materials throughout the facility

- Move skids and products from the manufacturing floor to warehouse storage locations

- Perform daily safety inspections on forklifts and material handling equipment

- Verify incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy

- Ensure products are safely stored, properly labeled, and organized

Shipping & Receiving

- Support daily shipping and receiving operations

- Label, scan, and track products for inventory and shipment purposes

- Load and unload materials as required

- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and warehouse transactions

- Ensure all shipping documentation and inventory records are properly updated

Inventory & Systems Management

- Utilize warehouse and shipping systems, including SAP, to track inventory and product movement





- Update inventory records and shipping transactions accurately

- Assist with inventory control and stock management activities

- Support continuous improvement and warehouse efficiency initiatives

Safety & Housekeeping

- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

- Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or inventory discrepancies promptly

Qualifications and Skills:

- Valid Level 3 Forklift License required

- Minimum 2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience

- Extensive forklift operating experience required

- Experience using SAP for shipping, receiving, or inventory transactions

- Experience using computerized warehouse management systems

- Ability to provide work references confirming forklift experience

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs

- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, crouching, and climbing in and out of forklifts throughout the shift

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work rotating day, afternoon, and midnight shifts

- Successful completion of a criminal background check may be required

- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
