Job Overview
Thornbury Dental is looking for a part-time hygienist. The ideal candidate should enjoy an office where health care is a priority and not monthly targets. Our office is flexible and understands work life balance.

Responsibilities

- Perform skilled dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup
- Conduct initial patient assessments and review medical histories to identify any contraindications or special needs
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions
- Take and develop dental radiographs (medical imaging) using appropriate aseptic techniques
- Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to prevent cross-contamination
