Responsibilities

- Monitor premises continuously using CCTV systems to identify suspicious activity or security breaches.
- Control access points by verifying identification and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to ensure safety protocols are followed and to deter theft or vandalism.
- Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, coordinating with emergency responders when necessary.
- Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.
- Perform surveillance tasks focused on loss prevention by observing for theft or unauthorized access.




- Enforce company policies and procedures related to safety and security measures at all times.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and CCTV operation.
- Ability to remain alert and vigilant during long shifts while maintaining professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members, visitors, and emergency personnel.
- Demonstrated understanding of loss prevention strategies and security protocols.
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations.
- Must be physically capable of standing, walking, and patrolling for extended periods.
