Our company is hiring a Technical Support Specialist for Northern American / Latin American Territories. This person will be responsible for installation and support our companies' instruments in North America or Latin America countries. May develop and optimize analytic applications and protocols. Participate in technical and marketing events, including training, exhibitions, demos, etc. This is an entry-level position with the intent to develop into a Support Manager, Application Scientist, or Project Manager position after adequate training.

Requirements:

- Must be at least 19 Years of Age
- Degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences or equivalent.




- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Sufficient planning, problem-solving, and communication skills to function and to complete technical duties.
- Hands-on experience with some analytical instrumentation (i.e. CE instruments, AA spectrometers, PCR analyzers, FTIR spectrometers) desired.
- Fluent speaking and writing English.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Must be available for up to 50% business travel
