What the position is
We are looking for someone to ship, receive, and deliver an exceptional experience while also handling inventory management and basic inventory-related clerical duties. We are an e-commerce company with packages ranging from a few ounces to twenty pounds,



with two to five larger business-to-business shipments weekly (up to 80 lbs) to ship both domestically and internationally. An NDA (non-disclosure agreement) is required in order to maintain the privacy of our clients.

The position is 40 hours per week with semi-flexible hours from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm (or 7 am to 3 pm). Salary would be $20 to $24 an hour and after 3 month probation it would include medical and dental coverage.

Your role includes, but is not limited to:

- To pull, pack and double-check orders of all sizes
- Create postage labels and waybills for shipments with various carriers, including customs brokerage
- Manage inventory, including alerting a team member when product(s) are due to be reordered
- Maintain and organize inventory & warehouse
- Inspect product for quality and reject anything that does not meet standards
- Verify goods coming in matches to the invoice and purchase order
- Communicate with other team members for any inconsistencies
- Assist with clerical duties such as adding inventory to online platform and/or entering inventory to the accounting system
- Load, unload and move products by hand, pallet jack or forklift

The ideal candidate will:

- Be familiar with Canada Post, USPS, UPS, FedEx & DHL
- Have shipping & receiving experience
- Be familiar with HTSUS codes and customs brokerage
- Be familiar with Discord, Shopify and/or Quickbooks Desktop
- Have a valid Class 5 driver's licence (N or above) with a clean driver's abstract
- Have a valid passport, and no issues entering or leaving the United States

Compensation:

$20 to $24 an hour depending on skills and after 3 month probation it would include medical and dental coverage.
