Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Intern to support the development and optimization of our end-to-end supply chain visibility. This role will focus on building a Supply Chain Control Tower dashboard, enhancing reporting capabilities, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an end-to-end Supply Chain Control Tower dashboard using tools such as Power BI and Excel to provide real-time visibility into key supply chain metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics, to gather and align data requirements.
- Extract, clean, validate, and analyze ERP and operational data to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency through data visualization and process automation.
- Document processes and create user-friendly reporting standards to support scalability and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Strong proficiency with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
