Job Description

We are an award-winning, BC craft spirits brand looking for an organized, motivated, and personable Sales Support & Lead Generation Assistant.

Your primary role will be to support the first stage of our outreach to independent private liquor stores, restaurants, and bars across British Columbia.

Working from a master location list provided by us, you will contact businesses, briefly introduce our company, identify the appropriate person responsible for purchasing, and obtain accurate contact information for our sales team to follow up.

This is a remote, part-time contract position requiring approximately 10–15 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

· Call liquor stores, restaurants, and bars across BC from a provided contact list.

· Identify the appropriate buyer, manager, or decision-maker and obtain their name and email address.

· Accurately record contact information and relevant notes in a shared tracking sheet.

· Provide a brief, organized update at the end of each working day.

Qualifications

· Friendly, confident, and professional phone presence.

· Robust verbal communication skills in English.





· Comfortable calling businesses and starting conversations with new people.

· Organized and comfortable working with shared spreadsheets and online tools.

· Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

· Previous experience in phone outreach, customer service, hospitality, or sales is an asset, but not required.

This is not a high-pressure sales or closing role. We're looking for someone who is warm, personable, professional, and comfortable making connections.

Compensation & Terms

· Hourly Rate: $23/hour

· Hours: Approximately 10–15 hours per week, generally spread across 4–5 weekdays

· Schedule: Flexible Monday–Friday schedule; outreach must be completed during appropriate business hours

· Location: Remote, BC-based

· Position Type: Part-time contract

· Duration: Initial 2-month project, with the possibility of additional ongoing work as the brand continues to grow

Pay: $23.00 per hour
