Overview
This role is 100% commission-based — there is no hourly pay and no salary.

We’re looking for competitive, driven people who want to earn responsible money based entirely on performance, not time spent on the clock. The more doors you knock, the more you sell, the more you make. If you don’t perform, you don’t get paid. Simple.

You’ll be doing door-to-door sales in residential neighborhoods, talking to homeowners, and booking home cleaning jobs for upcoming weeks that will be completed by the fullfillment team. This is a challenge-based role — some days you’ll crush it, some days will test you. That’s the point.

There is no income cap, but there is also no guaranteed pay.
If you perform, you’ll make great money.
If you don’t perform, you will not.

This role is ideal for:

Pay Structure (Read Carefully)

- Commission-only compensation
- Earn 10–20% per booked & completed job
- Average job value: $700–$1,000
- One booked job = $70–$200+




- Strong reps can earn $200–$500+ per day
