About the Role

Kiya Developments is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious Construction Site Labourer to help maintain clean, safe, and organized construction sites.

This is a 9-month temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent based on performance, attendance, reliability, dependability, and work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily sweeping and cleanup of construction areas.
- Removal and disposal of construction debris and garbage.
- Maintain general site cleanliness, including washrooms.
- Empty mobile waste bins and move them to the loading dock for disposal.
- Keep hallways, entrances, work areas, and common areas clean and secure.
- Report hazards or safety concerns to the Site Supervisor.
- Follow direction from the Site Supervisor and assist with general labour duties as required.
- Follow all company and site-specific health and safety procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Reliable and dependable with strong attendance and punctuality.
- Physically capable of performing general labour and cleanup duties.
- Hours will be from Monday to Thursday from 10:00am to 8:00pm. Fridays off unless otherwise notified.
- Comfortable working in an active construction environment.




- Able to follow instructions and work independently.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Previous construction or general labour experience is an asset.
- Reliable personal transportation is required as work will take place at various sites.
- Working at Heights, 4-Step Safety Awareness, and WHMIS certification required or willingness to obtain.
